The only statutory text on this list; everything else is a textbook. Succession is not commercial law, but an LLC interest or a block of shares passes on death under exactly these rules, which makes it a practical question for a foreign founder. Note that this is a model text: each state enacts its own version, so the operative rule is in the state code.

A comparative and functional account of corporate law: how different systems answer the same three agency problems — shareholders against managers, majority against minority, and the company against its creditors.
The most useful book here for comparative work, because it compares the problem rather than the wording. That is the method the US-Uzbekistan pages need: the texts do not line up, the problems do.

The Moscow State University law faculty's course on Russian corporate law: the concept of the corporation, formation and reorganisation, charter capital, governing bodies, members' rights and corporate disputes.
Uzbek corporate law grew out of the Russian tradition, and the vocabulary and structure still overlap heavily, so this answers "where does the Uzbek rule come from" faster than the English-language comparative literature does. Do not read a Russian rule as an Uzbek one, though — they have diverged.

The only title here that is about Uzbek corporate law directly and in Uzbek. It dates from 2021 and the legislation has moved since, so check the specific article against lex.uz.
