Nurmukhammad Soyibnazarov

I am a lawyer specialising in the law of the United States and Uzbekistan. I took my bachelor's degree at Tashkent State University of Law, my Master of Laws (LLM) at Pennsylvania State University (Penn State), and took part in the Erasmus international exchange programme at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland. That path let me study the commercial and corporate law systems of both countries in depth, and set them against each other.

My aim in building this platform is to give Uzbek entrepreneurs, investors and lawyers a reliable, understandable and practical source of legal information on US and Uzbek law. Many people have no way to obtain professional legal advice — this platform exists to close that gap.
